The way to Troubleshoot HP 4280

1 Hold down both the “Power” and “Cancel” buttons even though the printer is turned on. Wait as the printer attempts to print a self-test webpage.

twoGet out each of the loose paper within the printer’s input and output trays. Will not pull out any caught paper at this time.

3Flip off the printer and unplug the electrical power cord. Open the printer’s back door by pressing over the tab to the left side and open the printer’s front door by swinging it down.

4 Pull out any caught paper within the machine. Rotate each roller absolutely and get rid of any small shreds of paper caughton the rollers.

5 Clean all the printer’s rollers utilizing a microfiber cloth dampened with distilled water. Depart the printer’s doors open for 15 minutes, then close them and plug inside theenergy cord.
