Make certainyou happen to belinkedto yourNet. Windows accesses the netby its database of drivers and willlocatethe proper driver for yourlaptop.
When you areconnectedon theNet, so youhave acomputerworking Windows XP or newer, a Tooltip will seemfrom thedecreaseproper hand corner and it willinstantlyinstall.

When you are not connectedfor theOnline, and can not connect, then pay a visit tothe webweb pageof themanufacturerof one's USB flash drive from a personal computer that does have world wide webentry (e.g. friend's home, library).

Download the driver
in thewebsite, save it onto a disk, and deliver the disk to yourhouse.

Install the driver, and subsequent time you plug from the drive, it should reallywork.
